Modern Indirect Denistry - Simplifying Decisions for New Graduates Are you a new graduate dentist looking for CPD that will teach you the practical skills you need to feel confident in everyday general practice? The ADA NSW New Graduate Residency is designed to build on your existing skills and create a solid foundation for your future endeavours. Fixed prosthodontics can be a bit overwhelming as a new graduate. Suddenly there are many more options, workflows and techniques that what you were taught at university. This course aims to improve your confidence in offering crowns, bridges and onlays in your practice. Preparation technique and temporisation will form part of the hands-on sessions for this course as will scanning and impression techniques, and help build your confidence in offering indirect dentistry to your patients.

Learning outcomes

When is indirect dentistry indicated? How to have a discussion with patients in private practice How to choose which material to use? Does the material need to be adhesively bonded?​

Dr Chris Moule

Chris Moule is a specialist prosthodontist and practices in Sydney CBD. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Melbourne and graduated with first class Honours. After working for several years in regional general dental practice, he moved to Sydney and completed a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics in 2012. Chris is a former President of the Australian Prosthodontic Society (NSW branch) and has a Membership of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons (Prosthodontics). He teaches clinical prosthodontics at the University of Sydney
