Dr. Alex Fibishenko
Dr Fibishenko is one of today’s most respected implant surgeons, innovators, and educators on the global stage. He developed numerous surgical techniques and systems to help improve and control the outcomes with full arch dental implants, collectively known as the All On 4 Plus® concept incorporating the world’s first Immediate Final Teeth™ using a fully digital workflow, which have received high acclaim and globally. Dr Fibishenko graduated from University of Melbourne in 1995 with accolades in Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics. Early in his career he pursued advanced training in oral implantology and reconstructive dente-alveolar surgery internationally with some of the pioneers and leaders in the field at the time. Having performed more than 15000 implant surgeries, Dr Fibishenko’s practice is uniquely exclusive to Oral Implantology and Dento- Facial Surgery. A key opinion leader, Dr Fibishenko is a frequently invited speaker at universities and conferences internationally on advanced surgical concepts, zygoma implants, tissue augmentation and full-arch digital workflow. Dr. Fibishenko is founder of All On 4 Plus® centres with 19 facilities throughout Australia, and regularly runs International Clinical Residencies for dentists and specialists at his purposebuilt training centre in Melbourne. Through referrals specifically for highly complex cases Dr Fibishenko performs more Zygomatic implant procedures than anyone else in the world, and achieves similar results and similar success as he does with cases of a lesser complexity.
