This session will explore innovative grafting approaches that reduce complexity, improve clinical outcomes, and enhance patient satisfaction. Attendees will gain insights into the latest research and applications that prioritize bone regeneration and stability, leveraging synthetic grafting materials. By focusing on practical methods for successful bone regeneration without membranes, this session aims to enable clinicians to adopt reliable, membrane-free protocols suited to a wide range of cases.

Learning outcomes

Participants will leave equipped with adaptable and evidence-based techniques, advancing their practice in ways that are both patient-centered and clinically effective. • Biological principles behind grafting using the periosteum as the membrane. • Augmentation vs Regeneration • Different indications: Alveolar regeneration of defects, extraction sockets, sinus, apicectomies, cyst & periodontal issues. • Assess evidence supporting synthetic bone grafting techniques. • Identify clinical indications and contraindications for membrane-free protocols. • Apply simplified grafting protocols.
